HVAC Service Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Respond to service calls, communicate clearly with customers, and document work accurately.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 certification required
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional customer communication
HVAC Installation Technician
Install complete HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. Work alongside our lead installers on new equipment, ductwork, and system replacements.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years installation experience
- EPA 608 certification preferred
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces
- Physical stamina and attention to detail
- Team-oriented work ethic
HVAC Apprentice / Helper
Entry-level opportunity to learn the trade alongside experienced technicians. Assist with service calls and installations while building your skills toward full certification.
What we're looking for:
- Eagerness to learn the HVAC trade
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
